Two people were killed in the brutal accident on the E-79 between Montana and Vidin, BulNews reported.
The incident occurred at 5.37 this morning.
The driver of the minibus died as a result of the heavy impact. One of the passengers died in the ambulance on the way to the hospital. Four other people traveling in the vehicle were also injured. They have a concussion and are staying at the Montana clinic. The truck driver, who was also hospitalized, was seriously injured.
The identity of the participants in the incident has not yet been established, clarifies the Ministry of the Interior.
Traffic on the Montana – Vidin highway to Vinishte is temporarily restricted in both directions. Diversion route introduced for light vehicles: Vidin – Smolyanovtsi – Klisuritsa – Slavotin – Studeno Buche – Montana and vice versa.
Heavy vehicles are waiting at the site. Traffic is regulated by the Traffic Police.
