Two new coronavirus outbreaks have been discovered in Haskovo. Those infected are children with disabilities and staff who care for them in two social homes. A total of 14 users and 7 staff members tested positive for COVID-19.

How and under what conditions is a new quarantine required

The first case was found last week in one of the two houses. “Last week one of the nannies was positive. We isolated the contacts and thus the results were clear,” said RHI – Haskovo Director Dr. Sonya Dimitrova.

Fortunately, they are all in good condition at the moment, showing no symptoms, and someone is taking care of them.
