Tsvetanov sends a former national volleyball player against Borisov and Ninova to Sofia, Bulgaria

Former national volleyball player Boyan Yordanov is the list leader of Tsvetan Tsvetanov’s Republicans for Bulgaria party in the 25th electoral district of the capital (MIR), where the battle for leadership usually takes place, and Boyko Borissov and Cornelia Ninova will be candidates. Tsvetanov himself is a leader in Blagoevgrad and Veliko Tarnovo, where he also led GERB, the party announced.

In the other metropolitan areas, the leaders are the journalist Goran Blagoev (23rd MIR), who presented “Faith and Society” at BNT, and the former GERB deputy Dzhema Grozdanova (24th MIR).

In Plovdiv, the leader is Assistant Professor Hristo Dimitrov, who teaches zoology at the University of Plovdiv “Paisii Hilendarski”, and in Varna, Veselin Vassilev, who was mayor of Valchidol. In Burgas, the leader is Dr. Viktor Serafimov, who was a member of the boards of directors of the public media.

GERB spin-offs Vladislav Nikolov (MP), Ognyan Tsenkov (former mayor of Vidin) and Georgi Slavov (former mayor of Yambol) are leaders in Vidin and Pleven.

In Vratsa, the leader is the criminal psychologist Todor Todorov, and in Gabrovo, Marian Kostadinov, former regional governor. The list in Dobrich is headed by Dr. Sevdalin Kutsarov, who is a cardiac surgeon, and in Kardzhali, former regional governor Iliya Iliev.

In Kyustendil, the leader is the former classic fighter Miloslav Metodiev, and in Lovech, Nadia Boneva, who has been an expert in parliament for 30 years and currently works for the internal commission. The list in Montana is headed by the former mayor of Lom Penka Penkova.

The leader in Pazardzhik is city councilor Atanas Shopov, and in Pernik, Ivan Anchev, who was consul general in Chicago. In the Plovdiv region, the list is headed by a former deputy regional governor: Georgi Pilev. And in Razgrad Dimitar Stefanov, who is a basketball coach.

The dentist Dr. Chenko Sotirov directs the blades in Ruse and Eng. Petko Chamov, in Silistra. In Sliven, the leader is Pencho Nedev, who has a transportation company in Chicago. The leader in the Sofia district is the former Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Chavdar Marinov, and in Stara Zagora, Petya Staneva, a SANS employee in the city.

In Targovishte, the list is run by lawyer Ivan Tsonev, and in Haskovo by Radostina Tsirkova, who works for a large international company.
