The former mayor of Blagoevgrad, Atanas Kambitov, became the regional coordinator of Tsvetan Tsvetanov’s new party.

Tsvetanov’s people would form coalitions on a principled basis.

The former GERB mayors of Blagoevgrad – Atanas Kambitov, of Sandanski – Kiril Kotev and of Bansko – Georgi Ikonomov, joined the new party of Tsvetan Tsvetanov. The three former mayors have left the GERB and Kambitov will be the regional coordinator of the new Tsvetanov formation. All three also had local GERB structures in the region.
Tsvetanov’s new line-up will be established on September 27.
