The section is part of the reconstruction of 6 km of the ring road between k. Mladost and Trakia motorway. The goal is to make travel easier during the winter months and increase safety. At the beginning of November, the 2.5 kilometer section of the South Arc was put into operation again, from the connection with the Trakia motorway to the German highway junction, to facilitate movement with temporary traffic organization. Traffic on the section is three lanes for traffic in each direction, and at the “Lozen” road junction the local lanes are also used.
