Tomislav Peykov Donchev is a Bulgarian politician from the GERB party, deputy and Minister of Transport Rosen Zhelyazkov participated in an online discussion on the National Plan for Reconstruction and Sustainability of the Republic of Bulgaria.
Last week, the Deputy Prime Minister presented the Innovative Plan for Bulgaria. The event was then attended by the Minister of Education and Science Krassimir Valchev, as well as representatives of the business and academic community of our country.
We will make a large investment in digital connectivity. The importance and the need for adequate and quality electronic services is increasing today. The art is to present the entire set of measures regardless of the source of funding provided. It is important to have high customer satisfaction. The entire skeleton of the infrastructure for the reform of the registry and the issue of cybersecurity will be a stake in the future program of applied science, innovation and digitization. At the expense of the plan, we will fund a key phase of the process: all documents that are in the state administration to become machine-readable, Donchev said.
“As part of the measures, we will make a significant investment in digital connectivity. The future human resource development program will finance digital skills, and the future business program will take on the digitization of companies. Online education will be supported by ReactEU and some components of the Plan. EHealth is covered by the Good Governance Program. Electronic identity will also be supported by the Plan, ” he added.
