This was stated by Deputy Prime Minister Tomislav Donchev.

Donchev said there is a simplified monitoring system that includes more than one unit that will look for signs of fraud and corruption. Everyone will control the spending of these funds, said the deputy prime minister.
According to him, most public sectors must constantly reform.
The initial list of reforms includes education, vocational training and the social sphere. This list will be expanded.
According to him, the Bulgarian economy should be increasingly based on knowledge.
