The residence of the sea, known as “Dogan’s barn” at Cape Chukalyata in Rosenets, has been blocked, and security guards have been driving journalists away all day and forbidding them from taking pictures of the mansion. Flagman.bg.

Today (September 9) interest in the palace of the honorary leader of the MRF has intensified after it became clear that five orders have been issued for the removal of illegal buildings. Three of them are on state public property.

It is a three-story building located on the shore, a two-story house of light construction, which rises above the beach and a small prefabricated structure used by the guards of the complex.

The other two orders are for buildings and facilities located on land owned by Hermes Solar. One of them is the greenhouse, where Ahmed Dogan himself boasted in front of one of the televisions that he grew roses and another building located on a private plot.

The orders were issued on August 20 by the Deputy Mayor of Burgas for Construction Chanka Koralska, and on September 1, after following all the procedures, they were stuck in the illegal buildings.

A reporter for Flagman.bg conducted an on-site inspection today. We discovered that the mansion had barricades on all sides, so as not to disturb its inhabitants. Even next to the rose bushes behind which Dogan looked and spoke to the protesters, a metal fence has already been erected.

The road near Dogan’s sea barn cannot be legalized, will it be removed?
The guards were instructed in such a way that when they saw a journalist, they clung to him and followed him every step of the way, warning that they were not allowed to photograph the Palace, but only the illegal buildings for which they had come. A national television crew, which came out earlier today, was chased away with a powerful police siren.

“There are cameras watching us. If I let you in, they will have a problem: they can fire me,” said one of the security guards, a 60-year-old man wearing a T-shirt with the name of a private security company. Another strictly prohibits entering by car on the municipal highway; can only be done on foot, but not by car. The only one who entered undisturbed, around 3:30 pm, was a famous builder from Burgas, accompanied by a business associate.
