Despite the cold and the coronavirus, many, really many people came to the church “St. Sedmochislenitsi” to say goodbye to Philip Trifonov and send him on his last earthly journey. The actor died on January 6 of a heart attack.
Here were the survivors of the five actors from the Bulgarian cult film “Nameless Orchestra”: Katerina Evro, Pavel Poppandov and Georgi Mamalev. Velko Kanev died in late 2011.
Kate, then a full rookie, recounted how the four of them helped her cope with her role during the making of the film. Philip was especially loving and dedicated.

At exactly 12 o’clock, the coffin with Filip Trifonov was loaded into the funeral wagon. He started off slowly, accompanied by long applause.
The boy from the Bulgarian cinema went to his eternal home.
