The Ministry of Social Affairs will create a free tool to assess basic financial knowledge and skills in personal finance management, family budget, taxes, social security, pension funds, insurance and banking. The inclusion of the unemployed in training in the professional fields of “Finance, Banking and Insurance” and “Accounting and Taxation” will be encouraged.
