The protesters demanded four resignations

Protesters from various parties and NGOs demanded the resignation of the director of the Interior Ministry, the Chief Secretary of the Interior Ministry and the Interior Minister over the clashes during the September 2 protest.

They differed from the actions of the provocateurs, who threw objects and bombs at the police.

They also condemned what the police did. It is believed that the uniformed men deliberately let the rioters into the square to provoke clashes and interrupt the protest.

They added that the hot spray was sprayed upward to affect as many people as possible, not just the provocateurs.

They said the police also used excessive force and aids like boxes.
The protesters insist that power is not exercised by force and have again called for the resignation of Prime Minister Boyko Borissov.
