The political crisis: a protest before BNT demands the resignation of its director – Bulgaria

I would have left GERB without the scandal in my apartment, from what I saw during the campaign for the European elections. So many borders were crossed, former GERB deputy Tsvetan Tsvetanov told Nova TV today. He added that it was a shock absorber that suffered blows from Borissov’s individual decisions. As an example, Tsvetanov pointed to the MRF service.

Tsvetanov added that former Agriculture Minister Rumen Porojanov had a list of foresters who should have been fired at the request of the MRF. According to him, it was made by Boyko Borissov, under the dictates of MRF leader Mustafa Karadayi. Tsvetanov claims that he has stopped the movement, but people in the mixed areas still feel betrayed.

He said there was no policy of “pulling” the GERB people from its new project “Republicans for Bulgaria” and that everyone who joined had “made their personal choice.” Tsvetanov added that it is also a personal choice if those in positions in which they have been chosen as GERB candidates will leave them. These are several members of his new project who are municipal councilors.

Tsvetanov believes that only elections held by an interim cabinet will be fair, because otherwise GERB will use its green energy resources to win. He explained that with his new party he will stand for the next elections on his own. In response to a question, Tsvetanov said there would be no coalition talks with GERB as long as the party is led by Borissov.
