Municipal Police officers have established that a 53-year-old man from the city of Sofia committed 5 violations of the Traffic Law at the same time, parking at 13 Konstantin Irechek Street. of Kyustendil, but the vehicle was decommissioned in connection with the information submitted by the Guarantee Fund for non-payment of the compulsory liability insurance policy.
The driver was also found wanted by the police to establish an address as a witness in a civil case. A reference in the archives of the Ministry of the Interior shows that Yani D., 53, has been a qualified driver for 24 years, and for this period he has prepared 18 minutes and 14 slips. The offenses committed by him are mainly related to improper parking and not wearing a seat belt. Two of the acts are for recorded speed violations.
The case is further proof that the police reacted immediately, from the moment the violation was established to the identification and punishment of the guilty drivers.
