Almost 2 million pensioners will receive a supplement of BGN 50
The payment of pensions and the supplement of 50 BGN to them will begin on November 9 (Monday) and will end on November 20 (Friday), reports Pariteni.bg.
The average pension will increase to BGN 489 in 2021.
2,118,500 pensioners will receive a supplement of BGN 50 to their pensions during the month of November. The additional amount will be paid to all pensioners, regardless of the amount of their pensions, announced the National Institute of Social Security.
An additional 105,925,000 BGN has been allocated from the state social security budget for the payment of November supplements. The funds are provided at the expense of spending restructuring and / or transfers to the central budget for 2020.

The payment of the BGN 50 supplement to pensions is made for the fourth consecutive month and is a step in support of pensioners, provided for in the package with the government’s socioeconomic measures.
