The proposal was rejected by a total of 162 votes, of which 63 voted in favor and 99 against.
Hristian Mitev of the United Patriots said he was satisfied in principle with the rejection of the proposal. Mitev insisted that the creation of a special chapter that regulates special rules for the election of representatives of the Supreme National Assembly should not be supported.
