The prosecution requested a permanent measure: the arrest of Lyubomir Petrov, who shot at Krassimira Kukuvska, 21, in the village of Begovo, reported Plovdiv24.bg.
Lubomir was born in 2000 and has a primary education. Today he was taken in handcuffs to the Plovdiv court. His father and brother were also in court. Lubomir’s attorney wants the case to be heard behind closed doors, as events from his personal life will be highlighted. The judge granted Lubomir’s defense request and classified the case.
During the investigation, it was established that Krassimira was shot with a compressed air rifle in the chest area after a fight with the father of her two young children. The perpetrator of the atrocity is the man he lived with until recently and the father of his two young children, Lyubomir Petrov.
The young woman leaves children under 2 months and orphans at 2 years. She had a rich inheritance from her father, who was a powerful tenant with more than 2,000 acres of land, but he and his mother died. Two brothers from the neighboring village of Sukhozem were circling Krassimira. One of them was Lubomir.
