At the end of October, Milen Belchev’s twin brother Neven Belchev, who was being treated for pneumonia at Smolyan hospital, died.MaritsaNeven was mayor of his hometown of Oryahovets for 22 years.
During the weekends, the new cases of Kovid -19 in the Smolyan region are 45. They are between 35 and 80 years of the Smolyan municipalities – 18; Banite and Dospat – 6 each, Devin and Chepelare – 4 each, Madan – 3 each, Borino – 2, Nedelino and Rudozem – 1 each.
