The head of the Medical Union was the first to get vaccinated in Plovdiv

The president of the Bulgarian Medical Association, Dr. Ivan Madjarov, who is from Plovdiv, will be the first to be immunized at St. George Hospital tomorrow at 10 am. Subsequently, the nurse of the surgical unit of the Department of Emergency Medicine, who has 48 years of experience, Raina Todovichina, will be vaccinated. The third person to be vaccinated will be Dr. Ventsislav Filipov, head of the Internal Medicine Unit of the Department of Emergency Medicine with 33 years of experience as a doctor. After them, the doctors and nurses who are in the front line in the wards will be vaccinated. This was announced by the regional governor and president of the Municipal Council Dani Kanazireva, who together with the mayor of Plovdiv Zdravko Dimitrov will attend the start of the vaccination. Subsequently, they will visit the Pulmed Hospital at 10.30 am, at 11 am in Kaspela and at 11.30 am in St. Mina.
