Stanimir Georgiev Leshev was born in 1983. He graduated from VTU “Todor Kableshkov” in Sofia in 2005, Bachelor of Engineering and Communication Technology, and from “New Bulgarian University” in Sofia, Master in National and International Security. in 2008
He was employed by SANS, completed courses, and earned qualifications in ICAO and ECAC courses in the field of aviation security. Since 2017 he has been General Director of the Civil Aviation Administration.
