The driver, who ran over the legs of a policeman on the way to the Seven Rila Lakes, remains in custody on charges of vandalism

The Dupnitsa District Prosecutor’s Office brought IVL (at the age of 32) for a crime committed by him under art. 325, para. 3, item 2 together with para. 2 at the top of para. 1 of the Penal Code.

Currently, by order of the supervising prosecutor, the defendant IL was detained for up to 72 hours. There is a high public danger of the act and there is a real danger that he will commit other crimes in addition to running away.
