Hristo Stoichkov has a problem with the registration of his trademark H8S HRISTO STOITCHKOV, he shows a reference in the register of our patent office.

In fact, it is proprietary until August 21, 2026 and the registration number is 00097120, as it was entered on March 28, 2017.

It is interesting that the address indicated for correspondence with Kamata is at Orlandovtsi, 30A Taiga Street. It is a house near the central cemetery in Sofia, and Stoichkov has hardly ever set foot there.

However, the brand has a very symbolic range. It is only in three positions of the Nice Convention – 25 – clothing, footwear, hats and headgear; 28 – games and toys; gymnastics and sports articles; and 41 – education, entertainment, leisure, sports and cultural activities.

A new application was submitted on September 25 last year, and Stoichkov’s address is 6 Danail Dechev Street, located in the Lozenets neighborhood near the last metro station and exits in the famous Kozyak, where the embassy is located. U.S. The application has the number 2020160190N. However, the brand retains a large number of positions under the Nice Convention: 3, 5, 9, 16, 18, 25, 28, 29, 30, 32, 33, 35 and 41. They even include alcoholic beverages. Already on November 13, the lawyer Maria Nikolova Yanakieva filed an objection against her and, because of this, the patent office has not respected it until now.

In fact, all Kamata companies have so far included the acronym HS. In principle, it was logical that the brand was SA8. However, it is registered with the Australian company Modeus Pty Ltd of Cowfield, Victoria. She is represented by the KCL law firm in Melbourne. The registration is number 873351 and is valid until August 28, 2029, including in the EU and UK.

HS8 is actually computer software that is used by most clinics in Australia and some of the major UK hospitals. The trademark is registered in the EU if it is ever translated into a language other than English.

Therefore, instead of HS8, Stoichkov’s brand is H8S.
