I call on Minister of Culture Boil Banov to comply with the Media Services Law (adopted in 2018) and finally assume his obligations by issuing an Ordinance on the Public Media Registry. In this registry, all the media must indicate its owner, the person who controls the content and the editorial policy and its sources of funding.
With the non-issuance of this Ordinance, Minister Banov currently allows sites to be registered, for example, at the address of a birdhouse in the forest.
Minister Banov, had until November 2018 to make this registration. Be bolder and do your duty.
