Toplofikacia Sofia EAD will begin on Wednesday, October 28, the general ignition of the heating in the capital, the company announced.
Gradually kindergartens, schools and sanitary facilities will be incorporated, then residential buildings in all areas and finally administrative buildings and commercial users.
The company reminds customers to open the valves on their radiators as much as possible, so that there is no need to additionally deaerate the radiators after starting the heating, as well as to check their electronic devices for shared distribution. In case their screen turns off, customers should immediately seek help from their utility company – heat meter.
It is important that customers complete all repairs and fill drained facilities before starting heating. Heating will not be included in buildings where the internal heating system is not full, because it means that in some houses the repair has not yet been completed, the statement said.
“Sofia District Heating” allows customers who, for any reason, wish to include heating in the building at a later stage, submit the request for district heating service and a decision signed to that effect by the general meeting of the condominium.
