In this profession (coaching), the innate naturalness called – INTELLIGENCE is required as an imperative need. This is the ability of a person to react optimally, accurately and in the most correct way in any situation. Intelligence is an innate and unconditional reflection of survival and adaptation to the conditions in which one lives, and is not acquired through educational qualifications. Either you have it by birth (intelligence) or you don’t. It is not acquired or learned after birth. Intelligence’s priority is to make a decision quickly, in the most accurate and faithful way to get out of a difficult situation. And Belchev lacks this natural gift, called Innate Intelligence. Otherwise, Stamen Belchev bore a resemblance to the leadership of the team he leads. They don’t need a smart coach on the board … Belcho was in his place under the leadership of self-proclaimed and aggressive faces and with footballers, even bigger posers and daffodils, in which everyone is at his intellectual level, but still clearly the things are not worked! Otherwise, Belchev is great for lining up the cones in workouts, as well as carrying and picking up the balls at the end of each workout for a smarter team, like Loko PD, or Ludogorets, for example, but not for the coach in boss of a pretentious team. And that it is a great desire to become a great coach, there is no dispute … But, for this profession, mere desire is not enough!
