One of the countries most affected by the coronavirus in Europe is Spain. Since yesterday a state of emergency and a curfew have been declared there. Going out between 23:00 and 6:00 in the morning in Spain is already prohibited.
“A lot of people are starting to rise up against these measures,” Lubo Milanov said.

Lubo Milanov is a screenwriter and director. He has lived in the Spanish capital for more than 10 years. He says that at first everyone was scared and accepted the restrictions, but now it is not. Because, he says, there is no effect.

One of the few places where people can be more are the classrooms.

Due to the coronavirus, all administrative services in Spain are online, says Lubo. Sometimes systems fail. Adults have difficulty. But they all act.
