Former Manchester United defender Patrice Evra has told an interesting story about one of the many occasions when Sir Alex Ferguson’s famous “dryer” has come against the entire Red Devils squad.

The reason for this was the players’ decision to get on the club bus without first having to respect the gathered fans and give them the autographs that the fans were waiting for.
“To be honest, we were very tired before we got on the bus, and there was a line of fans in front of us. We said that if no one stopped to get autographs, we didn’t have to do the rest. So we got off the bus.” . Everybody. I looked out the window and saw that Sir Alex Ferguson was giving autographs to everyone who was waiting. I swear he signed for 45 minutes. Signed everyone. Then I said, “Guys, when the boss gets on the bus, we’re done!”
They shouted, “What the hell are you thinking? These people pay you wages. They come and look at you. Now come down and start signing!”
We had to give each fan an autograph. That’s the mindset, “says Evra.
