We prepare for the victory of the elections and to accept the people’s decision as it is, we have a good result and the mandate to govern. This was stated in the study of “Panorama” in BNT by the Minister of Social Affairs Denitsa Sacheva. When asked who the GERB party would form a coalition with, he said it was too early to comment, but they have certainly always managed to find good balances for governance policies.

“Our focus at the moment is to control the crisis. It is too early to talk about the elections. We are focusing our efforts on controlling the health system, vaccination, having socio-economic measures and acting,” Sacheva said.

For three weeks, we have been 16th in Europe in terms of mortality, Sacheva said. At the moment we do not have unused vaccines and we have taken a reasonable and balanced approach, added the minister.

“Yes, there are not enough vaccines, but in the coming weeks we expect the delivery of hundreds of thousands of doses and we are even ready to start the fourth phase,” he added.

“Very few companies are closed, we have liberal measures and we are constantly expanding the scope. Any compensation cannot compensate for the real approach, but we have a symmetry between the full resources: lower taxes and the lower redistributive role of the state. stressed. Sacheva

“We have donated more than 2,000 million so far to sectors such as tourism and transport, which are the most affected by the crisis,” explained Sacheva. According to her, the economic measures will continue until the end of September, if necessary, some of them would continue until the end of the pandemic.

Minister Sacheva explained that the ceiling of the measure for closed businesses will rise to 300,000 and so far the state has supported more than 25,000 companies with economic resources. Another change that was adopted today in parliament is that the 90 unpaid calendar days due to the pandemic are recognized as seniority.

“Currently there are 230,000 people unemployed, certainly there are people who are not registered in the labor offices, but we do not have data on the collapse,” said the minister emphatically.
