Negotiations between the PFC Botev Association and Anton Zingarevich resume. Yesterday, the Russian billionaire froze the talks, but the two countries have settled their differences and issued a joint statement, published on the official website of “Canarias”. This is what it says:

PFC Botev Association: We are surprised by Zingarevich’s decision
“The PFC Botev Association and the Russian businessman Anton Zingarevich, who has expressed his willingness to invest in FC Botev Plovdiv AD, are renewing negotiations for the transfer of a majority stake in the football company.
This Communication is a joint position of the Association and Mr. Zingarevich.
The turning point compared to yesterday’s freeze on talks came after representatives of Mr. Zingarevich and members of the Board of PFC Botev held an emergency meeting today, which was extremely positive and fruitful. The two sides agreed to maintain strict confidentiality about the terms of a possible deal until the end of the negotiations.
