A careful analysis of the evidence collected so far, as well as the analysis of security cameras in the area, indicate that it is highly likely Nikolov’s car was traveling at 120 km / h, accelerating to over 140 km / h when he hit the car, managed by Milen Tsvetkov.
The researchers’ conclusion is that Christian had no intention of stopping and so they retrain the charge of premeditated murder.
