Protesters against Prime Minister Boyko Borissov and Chief Prosecutor Ivan Geshev are blocking all roads in the country. The plan is for this to happen on March 27. The organizer is the Facebook group “PROTEST 20/21 – FOR A CLEAN AND HOLY REPUBLIC”
Here’s what the organizers say:
On March 27 of this year, on the 262nd day of our anti-government protest against the boycott and capitulation, we mafiotized and demonstrated our Homeland, the Republic of Bulgaria, we, the citizens who were protesting:
1.) We announce a General National Blockade of the entire national road network of the country.
2.) We call on all vigilant Bulgarian citizens who have the right to drive cars to organize and block the road arteries around their settlements.
3.) We are organizing a “BLOCKADE” central road trip, which will start at 10:30 am from the BNB building in Sofia and arrive at the Unification of the Bulgarian Nation site, where the Bulgarian tricolor will be erected.
4.) We call on all our compatriots to be active in these initiatives by inviting massive participation in the General Roads Campaign, starting from the Bulgarian capital.
5.) We want to inform you that on the next 263 day of protest – Sunday, March 28 of this year, when the memory of the first Bulgarian saint – Saint Prince Boyan Enravota is celebrated, starting at 11:00 am in front of the BNB our march traditional to Boyko Metodiev Borisov’s personal home to pray for the liberation of Bulgaria from the criminal and his gang.
