The Education Union of the Podkrepa Labor Confederation proposes that April 1 and 2 be part of the students’ April holidays and that the National External Assessment be eliminated in 4th grade.
When will the students return to class?
According to an order from the Minister of Health, all students are in online education until March 31 and if no other decision is made, students from 1st to 11th grade must return to school for two days, April 1 and 2, then go on Spring Break until April 11.
For twelfth grade students, break begins on April 8th.
The first two days of next month are expected to be non-school in Sofia and Plovdiv, according to preliminary requests from local authorities in both cities.
