Next week will be the opposite. It will be dry, hazy and with fine dust particles. This was stated on the air of Nova TV by climatologist Prof. Georgi Rachev.
He also said there will be snow on the slopes by Christmas. “There is a lot of snow in Pirin and the Rhodopes. Now it will be cold and the canyons will be able to work. At the end of next week there will be good conditions for skiing. In the lowlands, however, it is not known if there will be snow. No snow”, said Prof. Rachev.
Morning temperatures will be low, normal for the season.
He insists that, in relation to the rains, winter will be normal and the dams will be able to fill.
When asked if there are risks of dangerous weather, Professor Rachev said that we have learned to throw something scary in the media. “A solar eclipse has been and will be, and that does not mean that there will be nothing special. There is nothing scary, at least until the New Year,” he said.
