On the orders of Prime Minister Boyko Borissov, Evgeni Grigorov and Slavi Pachalov have been appointed Deputy Ministers of Health.
Adjunct Professor Evgeni Grigorov is Doctor of Science in Social Medicine and Healthcare Organization and Pharmacy from the National Center for Public Health and Analysis (NCPHA). She has a master’s degree with a professional master’s degree in pharmacy from the Sofia Medical University and a master’s degree in business logistics from the University of National and World Economy. Since 2016, he is the head of the Department of Analysis and Evaluation of the Condition of Health Professionals at the NCPHP. It has a long-term teaching activity, and since 2015 it has been training students, doctoral students and pharmacy specialists at the Varna Medical University.
Eng. Slavi Pachalov holds a Master’s Degree in Occupational Medicine and Work Capacity from the Sofia Medical University. Since 2017, he has run a company dedicated to training in first aid, disaster response, fire safety, road safety, search and rescue activities. For many years he worked for the Bulgarian Red Cross, holding various positions, including director in the Sofia organization of the Bulgarian Red Cross. He has received two distinctions from the Bulgarian Red Cross, including for his general activity.
