The deputy chief of the 6th Plovdiv Regional Police, Plamen Petkov, who died last night in an accident, is one of the best forensic scientists under the hills. He worked on a very serious crime and sent a group of bandits to court, the Interior Ministry announced.

The chief of police has 32 years of experience as a driver. Plamen Petkov has worked at the VI Regional University since its creation in 1996. Under his leadership, many figures from the criminal contingent were arrested and convicted. His colleagues know him as an excellent professional man, cheerful and open-minded and add that with his sudden death the life of a legend ends.
