Plamen Mitrev was arrested on November 10, 1997. At that time, 4 girls were found in their village house, naked, beaten, chained and raped. After the murder, he went into hiding and was wanted. He was captured in 1998. It turns out that while they were looking for him, he worked in the village of Plamen Mitrev, where the 4 girls were tortured. The houseworkers were taken to court as assistants to the rapist pimp, but only one of them was convicted: Plamen Churikov from Sofia, who led two of the women from the central bus station.
