Bulgaria’s youth team missed their chances to qualify for Euro 2021. The “Lions” ended in a 1: 1 draw during their visit to Poland in Gdynia. Zdravko Dimitrov scored a great goal late in the first half, but Bartosz Bida equalized in the 66th minute.
The Tricolors played a strong game, missing several good scoring opportunities. Levski’s Zdravko Dimitrov was definitely above everyone.
Bulgaria accumulated 15 points and remains in third place in the group, while Poland is second with two more.

In the 41st minute, Zdravko Dimitrov scored an incredible goal. Levski’s side broke down the left and entered the penalty area. The winger faked four Polish players and with a powerful shot from the edge of the area sent the ball into Grabara’s right corner.
The first good chance in the second half was at the expense of the hosts. After a cross from a corner, Zdravko Dimitrov played with the ball, but it reached Listkovski, whose shot was not yet in the profile of the door. The Lions responded with a long-range shot from Stanislav Ivanov, which was inaccurate.
In the 58th minute, Zdravko Dimitrov came close to a second masterpiece, after receiving the ball from Valentin Antov and shooting hard, but Grabara deflected his shot.
In the 66th minute the Poles tied. Kimala hit the ball off a cross from a corner and fired hard at the top post. Bartosz Bida finds his bearings better and sends the ball into the goal for 1: 1.
In the 78th minute, a dangerous shot from Lyaskov missed the edge of the gate.
