The Civi mobile application, which aims to be a digital mediator between citizens and municipalities to solve various social problems, is a product of the software company Deyanova and Dimitrov – “Novor”.
During the special weekend, their homes and the IT company’s office were searched. According to the investigation, several companies controlled by Novanor, most of them fictitious, have absorbed European money under the Innovation and Competitiveness program, declaring the purchase of the same software from another fictitious company abroad. Lilana is being verified as the face of game boss Vasil Bozhkov, against whom there are 11 charges.
It should be remembered that Vasil Bozhkov’s brother Lilana, Alexander Deyanov and his company Skiller EOOD also received European funds during Rumen Radev’s office. The company received BGN 391,050 for a project worth BGN 434,500 for the “Development of an innovative platform for beatbox training and music beatbox transcription – BTL” on May 9, 2017.
