The future of Levski’s opponent in the 1/16 finals of the Bulgarian Cup tournament – Partizan (Cherven Bryag) is in doubt. The club admitted it on its Facebook page.
“On the eve of Levski’s prestigious home game and the upcoming holidays for football fans in the region, the Partizan players wanted to inform the public about the serious financial crisis the club is in. The unpaid amounts, as well as the lack of communication about it with the representatives of the Cherven Bryag City Council, generate the need for footballers to take tough measures. In addition, the players warn that the celebration of the two home games, against Spartak (Pleven) and Levski (Sofia), is also in doubt, ”the club wrote.
