The name of one of the witnesses is Jesse Jacob.
She has worked in the Michigan City Administration for decades, but was reassigned to the Elections Department in October.
Under his own signed testimony, Jacob states that his task was to review the ballots that arrived in the mail and select those that the voter did not sign or that arrived after the legal deadline of November 3.
The day after the elections, on November 4, when all the suspicious voices of the dead did appear, his immediate superior ordered him to stop checking that the signature on the ballot corresponded to that of the US database. As well as legalize all ballots in general, regardless of whether they have a signature or not. The third indication was that voting envelopes arriving after November 3 should be archived retrospectively for inclusion in the vote.
Under US law, only ballots received before 9pm on Election Day are valid.
And until now it was known how, specifically in Michigan, where until the last Trump led convincingly, he was defeated by the Democrats. Shortly after 6:00 a.m. on November 4, tens of thousands of ballots with a vote for Joe Biden appeared, which were immediately discarded.
The appearance of Jesse Jacob’s testimony turned suspicions of forgeries into official accusations that weighed in the courts. His appearance is especially valuable, since not everyone would dare to give such a testimony, lest he lose his job: the governor of Michigan is from the Democratic Party. Additionally, under federal law, if a witness who testified under oath turned out to be lying, they could be sentenced to up to five years in prison.
There is another reason for Giuliani’s office to distribute the document: At the Detroit city level, the court refused to credit Jesse Jacob’s testimony. Thus, the request to audit the elections in the city was rejected. Yet Trump’s attorneys are focusing on the final round, the joint case of last resort, the Supreme Court.
Another witness is Melissa Crown, a Dominion employee who provided voting software. Dominion turned out to be a company that went bankrupt in the spring and has not updated its software product since. There are many vulnerabilities and loopholes in it, which are easily used to hack the vote. In her testimony, Melissa Crown said that the software counted a certain portion of the ballots more than eight times. Furthermore, on the night after the elections, and the following day, two mini-toilets arrived twice at the place where the ballots were counted, which were supposed to officially deliver food to those involved in the electoral process.
Instead of stopping outside in front of the building, as catering carts often do, and delivering the food, they enter the garage.
Crown claims that no food was removed from the trucks. However, less than two hours after the cars left, it turned out there were 100,000 tickets left in the garage.
These are supposed to be part of the famous 120, 130 and even 175 long-dead ballots, which annulled the vote in many places in the United States.
