1188 are confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Bulgaria according to data from the national operational headquarters. Today, 17 other new cases have been tested, 2 in Sofia and 15 in Pleven. The labs continue to work.

282 are people with confirmed COVID-19 who are hospitalized under medical supervision. 41 are COVID-19 patients who are in intensive care units and clinics.

The masks are mandatory until May 13.

Regarding the general panorama, as of April 24:

585 of the COVID-19 cases registered in Bulgaria are for men and 603 for women.

COVID-19’s deaths were 54. There are two new deaths.

Pirogov” died at the age of 73. The patient suffered from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, chronic respiratory failure. She also had lung cancer.
