Neshka Robeva became a victim of real estate fraud

This story will refute anyone who thinks that once they have built a house, it will remain theirs forever. He will also refute those who believe that they can divest their property only if they sell it. And it will show you how sometimes, if you know the law well, you can take someone else’s not in spite of it, but because of it.

This story begins in the 80s of the last century. Later, Lilia Vodenicharska’s family received the right to build on state land located in the Dragakin Kamak area in the town of Oselna, Mezdra municipality.

At the same time, construction began on the neighboring house, owned by Neshka Robeva and her husband. “All my prizes were invested in the house. We lived there for a week or two, we were not permanent,” he told Nova TV.

3 years ago the rumor spread in the town that the two houses had been sold. No one in Oselna questions this, because in recent years neither Neshka Robeva nor her neighbor Lily have come to town. However, the truth is different.

According to the victims, this is a well-prepared scenario, part of a property acquisition scheme. They understand what happened by accident.

“My colleague goes to Mezdra, I asked him to come see the house. When he came back he said: ‘Ma’am, I’m going to surprise you a lot, but there is someone who lives in the village.’

“On June 17, 2017, Neshka Robeva called me on the phone and told me that our properties had been transferred to different people. The mayor of the village himself was very surprised,” Lilia said.

“Mrs. Robeva called me in the summer 3-4 years ago and asked who manages the property and I told her there was a rumor that they had sold it,” said Oselna Mayor Rosen Nikolov.

At this point, both the mayor and the townspeople know that the new owner is Tsvetan Krastev, the man who spread the word about the sale. Lily claims she has never seen him. And Robeva who they met once many years ago.

Once the two women finally realized that they had lost their property, they started a lawsuit. Then they learn exactly what happened to cause their houses to fall into the wrong hands.

In 2009, Tsvetan’s father and aunt tried to regain land in the town of Oselna. According to the documents, he is in the Kovacheva Padina area. However, according to the Mezdra Municipal Agricultural Service, Tsvetan’s family managed to prove that their land was exactly where the two houses were built. Although again according to the documents, they are located in the Dragakin stone area.

“On all maps there is the area of Kovacheva Padina, and Dragakin Kamak is nowhere to be found. The latest maps that exist in the archive are from 1999-2000. If you have a house in a place it should be returned to someone else years later, there is only land. And if it is shown that this is the legal house, access must be facilitated, “explained Petyo Maznev, head of the Mezdra Municipal Agricultural Service.

Aside from not providing access to Neshka Robeva and Lily, they don’t inform anyone that the land is already theirs. And only a few months later they decided to acquire the buildings. In 2010, Tsvetan’s father and aunt, Dimitar and Mitsa Krastevi, obtained a document establishing the right to real estate. They do it with a loophole.

In 2010, Dimitar and Mitsa sold the property and land in Tsvetan for just over BGN 7,000.

“They came and wanted to pay the taxes for the villas. Then I suspected there was fraud, because they belong to Neshka, Aglika and Lily. And then I asked them where the act was. The man got up and left, did not give an explanation.

In 2014, the owner changed again. Tsvetan and his wife sell the properties to Maya Stoykova for almost BGN 8,000.

“They tried to intimidate me by telling me that this woman was a millionaire, that she had serious connections in Sofia,” said Neshka Robeva.

It is clear from the business register that Tsvetan and Maya have a common company. Its main activity is related to the production and marketing of agricultural products.

During all this time, neither Neshka Robeva nor Lilia understood the ownership changes. Meanwhile, they continue to pay foreign property taxes.

Both parties show all the documents in court, which must decide whose houses are. However, the papers are insufficient. And if in 2010 Tsvetan’s family used witnesses to prove that the properties were theirs, then in court both Robeva and Lily need them.

After a 3-year judicial saga, a few weeks ago, the court issued a decision, but only for the Robeva property, and Lilia is still waiting. According to the decision, the property belongs to Neshka Robeva and she was misled.

“I’m very curious if this man will stand trial. He should be sent to prison. If a man steals bread, they will put him in prison, but if you take away your property, they will make you a hero, right?” He asks.

Thus ends this story, with which we have shown that sometimes celebrities also fall into the trap that, at first glance, exemplary people are not always an example.
