Mr. Borisov, Mr. Tsatsarov, what do you see?

[ad_1]

The earthquake, caused by the German edition of SPIEGEL, appears to be quite deep in deep water for now. Many pretend that there is no such earthquake, but as we know, a devastating tsunami follows, the roar of which is certainly already ringing in the ears of many people in Bulgaria.

Why do we think that? At least because the edition is not from yesterday and because it has already published murderous materials about Bulgaria, which are read all over the world.

We will remind you of some of them.

First of all, Germany ranks 11th for Freedom of Expression in Reporters Without Borders. Perhaps few people believe that Der Spiegel – “Mirror” is a weekly magazine. It is the oldest news magazine in Germany, founded in 1946, similar to the American magazines Time and Newsweek. Posted in Hamburg. The magazine is among the most comprehensive of its kind in Europe with a weekly circulation of over 1 million issues.

The influence of the magazine is based on two pillars; first, the moral authority created by investigative journalism since the magazine’s early years, which came out with a tabloid story in the 1980s; secondly, the economic power of the rich publishing house SPIEGEL, we read in Wikipedia.

Der Spiegel is sold all over the world. Imagine who and how you could influence, much less bribe your leadership to publish material or research without being verified and credible in front of a politician, magistrate, oligarch, etc.

Mr. Borissov, do you see Peevski in the mirror?

After the latest revelations by Der Spiegel, it should be remembered that at the end of January 2016 the publication with exhibition material came out, in the center of which is the MRF deputy, the great businessman and media mogul Delyan Peevski. The article is titled: “Bulgarian Politician Peevski: The Iceberg of Corruption”. The post is huge, sensational, and true to the bottom line. In our country, only 12 Bulgarian media cite the material of the authority. The media has not paid as much attention to any Bulgarian politician, which makes the text unprecedented.

The author of the article is the journalist Franz Stir, who makes his findings and wonders: How did Delyan Peevski become one of the most important figures in Bulgarian politics when he was just 30 years old? Thanks to corruption and criminal networks, his critics suggest. Even his former supporters are now ruthlessly isolated from him, the post reveals.

Just five days after publication, the subject of Delyan Peevski’s and SPIEGEL’s article was brought up at a meeting between Prime Minister Boyko Borissov and the Bulgarians in London.

A Bulgarian asks the question about Peevski as follows:

I want to ask you about the SPIEGEL article if you had a chance to read it. Especially what has happened in recent years, related to Delyan Peevski, who we are not talking about.

I want to ask you, when you read your media, use your business, or indeed the generals … “SPIEGEL” means mirror in German. I want to ask you, have you started to see Peevski’s image in the mirror?

However, the question remains unanswered. The prime minister just says “definitely not true” and goes on to explain the colossal gains against smuggling and customs revenue.

It is curious that, like today, other questions asked by the Bulgarians in London in 2016 to Borisov are about the actions of the state to bring these people back to their homeland.

“What is being done for young Bulgarians: we are the future of Bulgaria, not only of Bulgaria, but also of Europe and of the world, these people finally return to Bulgaria and their children grow up there. My family has lived abroad for more than 20 years. “I have come here personally. I don’t want to live my life abroad, speak a foreign language, be a foreigner, however qualified and well paid I may be, at some point money is not that important, “said a young audience member. Your question today sounds to déjà vu.

Mrs. Merkel, aren’t you ashamed? of this corrupt man?

At the beginning of August this year an article was published entitled The Tikva Street Riots. Criticize the German government. “The demonstrations in Sofia have been going on for a whole month now. However, the prospects for Boyko Borissov’s resignation are not very good: the Bulgarian prime minister has many allies in the EU, including Germany,” the article begins.

“Borissov castled in his office. Several ministers had to leave in an attempt to defuse tensions in the square. But that will not help. This also became a joke among protesters, who said that the chairs on the deck of the Titanic They were being moved. Borissov will not leave so quickly, however. Protests may not achieve anything and the prime minister also has allies.

His GERB party is part of the European People’s Party on the EP. There is also the Angela Merkel party.

However, democracy in Bulgaria is as threatened as in Poland and Hungary. At the Sofia protests a poster appeared directing a direct question to the German Chancellor: Ms. Merkel, aren’t you ashamed of this corrupt man?

The Borissov system has made Bulgaria the poorest country in the European Union and, with it, the country with the fastest growing population in the world.

Under the prevailing conditions, many Bulgarians do not want to have children or emigrate. In Reporters Without Borders’ press freedom ranking, the EU is ranked 111 out of 180 countries. “

Europe, do we listen to each other? Is Bulgaria a “captive country”?

Exactly a month after this publication, SPIEGEL spoke again about Delyan Peevski. In an interview with the publication, the president of the Supreme Court of Cassation, Lozan Panov, stated that Delyan Peevski is the unofficial co-prime minister of Bulgaria.

“In Bulgaria” there is an oligarchic fusion of the legislative, executive and judicial powers. An example of this is the owner of a media empire, Delyan Peevski, who unofficially is actually co-prime minister. Key institutions and authorities are under its influence. Such a thing undermines the three pillars of real democracy: independent courts, free media, and strong opposition. That is why many citizens feel that they live in a “captive” country, “we and at least another million Europeans read on the pages of SPIEGEL.

The last post is from 4 days ago. He speaks of Boyko Borissov and Sotir Tsatsarov, as people in high government positions who carry out actions in the service of another state. Today, an investigative journalist from SPIEGEL insisted that, from the materials available for publication, it is clear that the entire top of the Bulgarian government worked for the Turkish embassy, and the former head of the National Security Service, Gen. Atanas Atanasov he described the post as a “shooting” for the Bulgarian authorities.

How devastating the tsunami will be from this earthquake depends on many things. If the seismograph works, if the people who are not to blame for the disaster will be saved and if the government can, wants and will protect its citizens.
