The mother was arrested and interrogated, the father is wanted.
A homicide process has been started prior to the trial. This is a case of double murder of 3 and 5-year-old boys, brother and sister, said Blagoevgrad Deputy District Prosecutor Vessela Stoilova, who is also the prosecutor overseeing the case.
“Active investigative actions are being taken. At this stage, we cannot give you any more information except that we have guidelines for the perpetrator and there is a person in custody,” Stoilova told FOCUS.
Senior Commissioner Doychin Doichinov, director of the Blagoevgrad Regional Directorate of the Interior Ministry, said the signal for the murder was sent to the police around 5.30pm. “Colleagues reacted immediately,” he added.
