“Hello everyone! I want to tell you what happened to me today and apologize to those who are not happy. I live in Sofia and today I decided to walk in the afternoon in Plovdiv to the Rowing Base with my 1 year old Labrador and my mother” . This is how a Facebook user began his Facebook post yesterday. And add:
“Once we arrived, I decided to let him run free. Yes, it is a mistake, but this breed is a very sociable and loyal dog. He jumped into the canal and started trying to get out, but without success. After seeing what was happening, I hurried off I wanted to help him, but I didn’t realize that I was going to slip and my mother, who knows that I can’t swim much, ran after me.
We both slid into the cold water and struggling to climb, we couldn’t get to the surface of the mud on the pond wall. Then the people gathered and with the help of a brave knight who jumped up and helped us, handing me a branch and then pulling my mother up, we went up.
If this gentleman reads these words here, I want to express my sincere thanks to him and my mother. Because in all the hustle and bustle I couldn’t tell him that without him I didn’t know how things would have ended, because we were stuck!
I want to thank the multitude of people involved for helping us. Above all, they showed that we are human and help each other in such situations. Immediately after boarding, the teams from “Fire Safety and Protection of the Population” arrived. That acted instantaneously and dynamically!
Which would end up being healthy in the first place, appreciating every moment of your life, helping people in need, and we’ll be an even better place to live. ”
