In the Pleven district (MIR 15), coalition advocates and representatives cannot register with the PEC. Following signs of violations by the coalition, the defenders were searched.
In some medical institutions there are no declarations to vote with the members of the sectional electoral commissions, which are part of the package of documents.
Due to the unopened sections, queues of voters formed in front of the 37 SU “Raina Knyaginya” in the “Lyulin” district of the capital.
Machines not working
From Dobrich “Get up! Get out”, they received signals from voting machines that were not working. The explanation was that the equipment failed due to low temperatures.
There are also signs for machines that do not work in Haskovo. PEC presidents and members do not know how to work with the voting machines and say they have not been trained, the coalition notes.
The formation received a sign of agitation on election day and reflection day from the mayor of Oryahovo. Citizens reported unrest on the reflection day in Kyustendil, as well as the mayor of Konyavo village stirring from house to house on Saturday.
Signal to buy votes
The political coalition has received a signal to buy BGN 30 votes from Ruse.
Similar signals were received from Stara Zagora, where citizens reported a price of BGN 50 per vote.
In Sofia, in Studentski grad (23 MIR-Sofia), section 51, the members of the section commission wanted to put stamps on the receipts of automatic voting, which is prohibited. The coalition’s team of lawyers has sent a complaint to the REC of 23 MIR about the signal.
In sections of the country, PEC members have urged voters to open a completed ballot, arguing that they should tear the ballot out, an attempt to reveal the secret of the vote, according to “Get up! Get out!”
International drivers, who are Bulgarian citizens and entering from abroad, note that they are in quarantine and cannot vote because they do not have time to request a mobile section or to take a PCR test for quarantine, as most laboratories they don’t work on Saturday. and today.
