“The coronavirus is used as a trigger for human dissatisfaction and exploits all fears.” This was said by the Minister of Health Kostadin Angelov at BNT.

He said the government had not ruled out the coronavirus situation.

“The figures show a clear trend: according to statistics, we are in second place in terms of infection and we are now 26th out of 27 EU countries. These statistics are not produced in Bulgaria and we cannot influence them if someone does not believe it. ” “, he explained, adding that no new city closures are planned.

“They are rumors that are spreading and I do not know in which chapter they are born,” added the Minister of Health.

We recall that previously Prime Minister Boyko Borissov ordered to resume the practice of providing the media once a week updated information on the epidemic situation in our country in information sessions in view of the appearance of seasonal influenza and viral infections.

“If the situation worsens, the measures are clear: masks, restriction of indoor events, physical distance,” Minister Angelov said.

“This government and especially the Ministry of Health and the National Operational Headquarters have shown that they can control the coronavirus crisis,” he said.

According to him, hospitals will last, but people are tired. “Some doctors are upset by the attitude of much of society towards them.”

Minister Angelov affirmed that there are no specialist doctors of different specialties in the whole country. “Especially in small municipalities and hospitals. These disparities have different solutions. Doctors are good-hearted people and do not feel sorry for themselves when it comes to the health of others,” he said.
