Witnesses to the accident with Milen Tsvetkov: Christian Nikolov did not help him

However, another claims that the young man helped, even took off his shoe.

I’m fine, this is what journalist Milen Tsvetkov told the people who rushed to help him immediately after the accident. Then he tried to get out of the car. People escorted him to the sidewalk.

A security guard at the Sofia shopping center, in front of which the tragedy immediately occurred, told the journalist the last minutes of his life. The defendant is Christian Nikolov, 23 years old.

Today the case continues with the questioning of witnesses who were at the scene of the accident with Milen Tsvetkov at Easter last year. At the hearing, a family testified, also waiting at a red light on the other side.

Traffic was calm, there were almost no cars and there were fewer pedestrians. As they waited, they heard a loud noise and saw how the first car, Tsvetkov’s, stayed in the middle of the intersection.

The woman called 112, they saw how the driver of the car, who caused the crash, got out of the car and started looking for something in the back seat of the car.

The taxi driver, who was standing at the intersection in front of Paradise Mall in the center lane, was also questioned. He said that the strong windshield of the car had been broken due to the heavy impact.

Witnesses denied that Christian Nikolov or anyone else in the car he was driving had helped Tsvetkov after the collision.
No one else did artificial respiration except the doctors, they said. At the earlier court hearing on Tuesday, the young man’s friend, Simona Tsankova, explained that she had seen him administer artificial respiration and give water.

After these witnesses, however, another appeared, claiming that Christian had helped, even while barefoot.

Interrogations continue.
