Milan converted Celtic at home from 0: 2 to 4: 2 and qualified for the 1/16 final of the Europa League. Surprisingly, Glasgow’s guests went ahead with two goals until 14 minutes after goals from Tom Rogic (7) and Odson Edward (14).

However, even before the break, the “rossoneri” drew through Hakan Chalhanoglu (24) and Samu Castiejo (26). At the beginning of the second half, Jens-Peter Hauge (50) made a complete turn, and in the 82nd minute he assisted a goal from Braim Díaz.

With this success, Milan secure a place in the next round, but in the last round it will be clear where they will finish in Group N. At the moment the leader is Lille with 11 points after a late lap at home against Sparta from Prague, while the “rossoneri” have 10. Sparta Prague has 6 and Celtic has 1. A week later, Milan visit Prague and Celtic host Lille.

The Scots started the game in a whirlwind and in the 7th minute Tom Rogic put them ahead in the result. The Australian punished a clumsy game in the defense of the ‘rossoneri’ by taking the ball and with a shot measured from twenty meters he made it 1: 0.

While the hosts were still in shock, Rogic missed another opportunity and, in the 14th minute, Odson Edward scored a second goal. The shamrock scorer was brought out by Christie only against Donaruma and the striker with a technical serve raised to 2: 0.

Milan reacted in the best way to the situation and managed to equalize the score before the break. In the 24th minute, Hakan алalhanoglu took a magnificent free kick and cut the lead to 1: 2. Two minutes later, Hauge crossed into Celtic’s penalty area, but Rebic’s shot was blocked. However, the ball landed at Castiejo’s feet, who equalized with a cannon shot below the crossbar.

Just five minutes after the restart, Jens-Peter Hauge made a complete turn. The young Norwegian walked through the defense of the guests with a break from the left wing and with a good diagonal shot he made 3: 2.

Hauge was also at the heart of the Rossoneri’s fourth goal. In the 82nd minute, the striker burst into the penalty area again, managed to reach the ball and after a slight rebound and continue with Braim Díaz. The Spaniard technically kicked it over Barka for the last 4: 2.
