Taleb Tawata returned to Maccabi (Haifa). The Israeli club agreed to transfer the player from Bulgarian champion Ludogorets. The Eagles will receive 100,000 euros for the deal.

Tauata signed a three-year contract with the Haifa team. His salary will be $ 250,000 per season. In his second period at Maccabi Tauata he will play with №17.

He missed Israel’s national team matches against Scotland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia, after testing positive for PCR after Ludogorets’ match against Dynamo (Brest).

Taleb left Maccabi in 2016 to move to Eintracht (Frankfurt). He recorded 40 games for the German Bundesliga team, which won the National Cup in the 2017-2018 season.

Tauata came to Ludogorets last year, but recorded only 5 matches for the Bulgarian champion.

He has 186 appearances for the Israeli national team in his first spell at the club. In them he scored 7 goals and made 8 assists.
