The new red plenary session will be made up of 185 people. 32 of its members are delegated representatives of the regional structures. By right, the plenary includes three: the leaders of the Youth Union, women and veterans.
Meanwhile, an interesting case became clear on the sidelines of congress: Georgi Todorov, who was running for leader but withdrew at the last minute, announced that his name was on the ballot twice for a member of the National Council: one from Burgas, second way from Sofia, since there are nominations from both places.
